Kemi Izedonmi is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience spanning international development, financial services, and human resources management. Her career began in 2005 with a USAID-funded program, where she gained foundational experience in project management, organizational development, and HR. In 2008, she transitioned to GTBank, excelling in the Retail Banking division and later pioneering cost management strategies in Expense Control. By 2016, Kemi was promoted to Team Lead, Expense Control and Due Process, a role she held until 2022, when she became a pioneer staff member at Guaranty Trust Pension Managers, serving as Head of Corporate Services.  

In her current role, Kemi oversees Corporate Communication, Customer Service, General Administration, and Human Resource functions, driving operational efficiency and aligning services with strategic goals. Kemi's expertise spans both the private and nonprofit sectors, reflecting her versatility and strong leadership across diverse environments.  

She is a licensed HR practitioner and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Additionally, she holds certifications as a Life Certified Customer Service Professional (USA), and is a member of the Collin Powell Leadership Institute (USA) and Black Professionals in International Development (USA).

Kemi holds a degree in Geography from the University of Ibadan, an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from the University of Lagos, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Edinburgh Business School in Scotland.
