Mrs. Nkiruka Udensi is the Head, Legal/Company Secretary of Guaranty Trust Pension Managers Limited (GT Pensions). She is a seasoned legal practitioner and corporate governance professional with over ten years of cognate experience spanning corporate law, company secretarial practice, regulatory compliance and human resources, across various sectors.

Before her appointment as Head, Legal/Company Secretary of GT Pension Managers Ltd, she served as the Chief Legal Officer of Calyx Securities Limited, where she provided strategic legal advisory services, managed corporate governance and regulatory compliance and supported the organisation's human resource management.

Mrs. Udensi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN)) and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM).
