She spent eight years at UBA Pension Custodian Limited, where she served in the Operations Division across Internal Control, Reconciliation, and Finance functions. Her experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of pension operations, process improvement, risk management, and financial controls. She has successfully led operational teams, implemented process enhancements, and consistently delivered on organizational and regulatory objectives while maintaining high service standards.

Abidemi currently serves as the Acting Head, Corporate Services at Guaranty Trust Pension Managers Limited, where she provides strategic leadership across key corporate and operational functions. In this role, she oversees business operations, drives process optimization, ensures regulatory compliance, and champions initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. She is committed to fostering collaboration, strengthening governance, and delivering sustainable value to customers and stakeholders.
